You have two options:
1. Use your Patient Access account – You can securely message a clinician by logging onto your Patient Access online services account and using the secure message service. You can later log in to view the response to your query. The response will normally be available within 48 hours. Please note this is not an instant messaging service so please do not send a message regarding anything urgent.
2. E-Consultations – Our E-Consultations service allows you to securely message the practice to ask your doctor a question. Your doctor is then able to reply to you and send through any documents you might need. We will try to respond to all queries within 48 hours. Please note that this service is not for urgent medical enquiries. You do not need a Patient Access account to access this service.
